Privacy Policy
Last Updated: August 31, 2026
bit.Beats Studio ("us", "we", or "our") operates various applications (each an "Application" and collectively the "Services"). This page informs you of our policies regarding the collection, use, and disclosure of personal data when you use any of our Services, specifically regarding our use of third-party advertising networks.
By downloading and using any of our Applications, you agree to the collection and use of information in accordance with this policy.
1. Data Collection and Use
The core mechanics of our Applications—such as offline gameplay, local progress tracking, user configurations, and local generation tools—are processed and saved locally on your device.
Ad-Supported vs. Premium Versions:
- Ad-Supported Versions: Our free or ad-supported Applications may integrate third-party advertising networks that collect and process user data to serve advertisements.
- Premium/Paid Versions: If you purchase a premium or paid version of our Application that removes advertisements, the third-party advertising SDKs are disabled, and no advertising-related data is collected or shared.
Types of Data Collected by Third Parties (Ad-Supported Only):
- Device Identifiers: Unique hardware and software identifiers, such as the Google Advertising ID (AAID) or Apple Identifier for Advertisers (IDFA).
- Technical Data: IP addresses, mobile carrier details, device make and model, operating system version, and language settings.
- Interaction Data: Information regarding how you interact with the advertisements shown within our Applications (e.g., ad impressions, clicks, or video views).
2. Third-Party Service Providers
We employ third-party companies to facilitate ads, serve advertisements on our behalf, and analyze how our advertising features perform. These third parties have access to your device identifiers and technical data only to perform these tasks on our behalf and are obligated not to disclose or use it for any other purpose.
Our Applications utilize or may utilize the following advertising SDK networks:
- Google AdMob: Used to serve personalized and non-personalized advertisements. You can view their policies and data processing practices via the Google Privacy & Terms.
- AppLovin: Used to optimize and serve ad inventory. You can view their data privacy practices via the AppLovin Privacy Policy.
3. Children's Privacy
Our Services do not address anyone under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personally identifiable information from children under 13. In the case we discover that a child under 13 has provided us with personal information, we immediately delete this from our servers.
Because we use third-party ad networks, we configure our ad SDK settings (such as AdMob's child-directed setting tag) to comply with COPPA (Children's Online Privacy Protection Act) regulations where applicable.
4. User Opt-Out and Data Control Rights
You have control over how ads track your behavior on your mobile device:
- Android Users: Go to Settings > Privacy > Ads and select "Reset advertising ID" or "Opt out of Ads Personalization".
- iOS Users: Go to Settings > Privacy & Security > Tracking and toggle off permission for the app to track you.
- App Uninstallation: You can stop all data collection by an Application immediately by uninstalling the software through your device's operating system settings.
5. Changes to This Privacy Policy
We may update our Privacy Policy from time to time. Any updates will be reflected on this page with an updated "Last Updated" date. We advise you to review this Privacy Policy periodically for any changes.
